Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Finland, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Akinori Ikeda regarding the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the website.


Section 13: Payment Method

Payments will be invoiced through op-kevytyrittaja.

Section 14: Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the scheduled shoot. However, depending on circumstances such as illness or other valid reasons, we may accommodate cancellations regardless of the notice period. In case of cancellation without notice, up to 100% of the shooting fee may be charged. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the shooting fee based on applicable laws, and to recover all costs incurred for such collection.

For general clients (BtoC) scheduling a shoot with Akinori Ikeda, agreeing to the cancellation terms via a Google Form is required before the shoot. This constitutes entering into a contract with Akinori Ikeda and implies acceptance of the cancellation policy.
